Registration

General Information

Registration will be made available through this webpage. The online payment system requires a credit card (VISA or Mastercard).

The registration fee covers participation in all scientific conference sessions, conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, and the social program as well as accommodation from June 1st to June 5th 2014 at the conference venue (Bildungshaus St. Magdalena).

Please note that it is necessary to register and to pay the Seminar Fee no later than the final registration deadline (see also Important Dates). The room reservation in the Bildungszentrum St. Magdalena will then be done automatically by the local organizers.

Information for Authors

Note that every accepted paper must have at least one full registration to the conference. A full registration entitles to publish a maximum of 2 papers by the same registered author. A student registration covers only one accepted paper.

It is obligatory that (at least one of the) authors must register before the early registration deadline (see also Important Dates). Otherwise the contribution will not be accepted for publication in the conference proceedings. Moreover, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must present the paper at the conference in order to avoid an automatic withdrawal of the paper from the conference.

Registration Fees

The seminar fee is € 650,-- (€ 520,-- for IEEE members) and covers room, board (except most evening meals), abstract volume, and the social program.

Registration Deadline

Please note that it is necessary to register and to pay the Seminar Fee no later than April 4, 2014. The room reservation in the Bildungszentrum St. Magdalena will then be done automatically by the local organizers.
