Ultrasensitive Proteomics and Genomics
Ultrasensitive Proteomics and Genomics represent an innovative network project aiming to increase the ability for analysis of minute amount of genetic materials and protein substances. The developed techniques are expected to be applied for supporting future medical diagnosis – in early prediction of cancer and immunological diseases. Modern image processing algorithm should allow a fast and sophisticated data analysis directly adapted to the patient. Providing adapted and specialized data and image analysis software for:
- fully automated single molecule detection
- reliable tracking algorithms with sub-pixel accuracy
- microarray and micropattern evaluation
